Midsummer Conference
“For Such a Time as This”
June 18-21, 2026
Iso Kirja, Keuruu
The Midsummer Conference, which celebrated its 80th anniversary last year, has once again stepped into a new decade. The Conference Committee has chosen as the theme for the coming summer the prophetic phrase rising from the Book of Esther: “For such a time as this.” We warmly welcome you to one of Finland’s finest spiritual festivals!
The conference’s diverse program and services highlight, among others, the following perspectives:
Intergenerational unity and fellowship. The event offers something for everyone — from babies to grandparents.
Missional focus and multiculturalism. We want to reach people from different cultural and national backgrounds. The program includes international gatherings and comprehensive interpretation services.
Awareness of the societal situation and prayer for Finland. We desire to bring a healthy Christian influence “for such a time as this” and to pray for our nation — especially during the grand flag-raising ceremony on Midsummer Eve.
Prophetic emphasis and balanced charismatic expression. We are a Pentecostal conference that emphasizes the significance of the Holy Spirit in today’s world and church. We believe that God’s Spirit (through the Gospel of Christ) is at work and creating something new even today.
Teaching and equipping for everyday life and ministry. We emphasize the importance of sound biblical teaching. We have expanded the schedule of Bible studies and diversified their formats. Various theme forums also highlight important perspectives.
Diverse music and inspiring unity in diversity. The conference is known for its wide-ranging and high-quality spiritual music. The program includes traditional hymns, worship music, choirs and orchestras, as well as concerts. Among the performers is the legendary Chariots Choir, appearing at the closing concert.
In practical arrangements, a significant step forward will also be taken to a new technical level. A new mobile app will be launched for the event, serving both volunteers and guests. Through the app, volunteers will receive essential information directly to their phones, along with instructions for their service locations. For attendees, the app provides a convenient digital program booklet, with real-time updates and additional information.
Program details and other information will be updated throughout the spring. Follow the website and mark your calendar for the Midsummer Conference at Iso Kirja, June 18–21.
See you at the conference!
